Mamofa Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Mamofa, we are dedicated to bringing you high-quality tech and everyday products with a seamless delivery experience across the UAE. Because we operate a hybrid stock model, our shipping timelines depend on the specific products you choose.

1. Shipping Options & Timelines

We offer two distinct tiers of delivery depending on where our stock is located:

⚡ Mamofa Express Delivery (Next-Day UAE)

  • Eligible Items: Products physically held in our local UAE inventory (clearly marked on the product page).

  • Delivery Time: 24 to 48 hours (Next-Day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM).

  • Coverage: All major cities across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Al Ain, Fujairah, and Ras Al Khaimah.

🌐 Mamofa Standard Shipping (Global Fulfillment)

  • Eligible Items: Specialty items and unique tech accessories shipped directly from our global logistics centers.

  • Delivery Time: 8 to 12 business days.

  • Tracked Shipping: You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS as soon as the item clears local sorting centers.

Mixed Carts Note: If your order contains a mix of Express and Standard items, they will be shipped separately. Your local items will arrive next-day, and your global items will arrive later. You will not be charged any extra shipping fees for split deliveries.

2. Order Processing & Verification

  • The Verification Call: To protect our platform and ensure delivery accuracy, all orders require phone or text verification.

  • Our customer support team will contact you via phone call or WhatsApp within 1–2 hours of order placement.

  • Orders will not be dispatched until verification is completed. If we cannot reach you within 48 hours, your order will be automatically canceled.

3. Shipping Rates

We believe in simple, transparent pricing. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total:

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Tabby Policies

  • Cash on Delivery: Please ensure an exact cash amount is ready or you are prepared to make a card payment to the courier agent when they arrive at your location.

  • Tabby (Buy Now, Pay Later): There are no extra hidden fees for using Tabby. Your payment schedule is handled completely through the Tabby app, while our delivery timelines remain exactly as stated above.

5. Delivery Restrictions

  • We deliver to physical residential and corporate addresses all over the UAE.

  • We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a clear physical street address, building name/number, and an active UAE mobile number at checkout.
