Mamofa Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Mamofa. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we offer a hybrid delivery model—including Express Next-Day Delivery from our local inventory and Standard Shipping from our global fulfillment centers—we have designed a transparent return policy to ensure a smooth experience for you.

1. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original, unopened packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.

  • Accompanied by the original receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and software licensing reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items, wearables, and innerwear.

  • Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

  • Products that have been damaged, modified, or altered after delivery.

3. How Refunds Work Based on Your Payment Method

Once your returned item is received at our facility and inspected by our team (usually within 3–5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed based on how you paid:

A. Paid via Cash on Delivery (COD)

For security and accounting reasons, we do not issue cash refunds through delivery agents. If you paid via COD, you can choose one of the following options:

  1. Mamofa Store Credit: Issued instantly as a digital voucher code to use on your next order.

  2. Bank Transfer: Transferred directly to a UAE bank account within 5 to 7 business days after inspection. You will need to provide your official IBAN and account details.

B. Paid via Tabby (Buy Now, Pay Later)

If you paid using Tabby, your refund will be processed directly through the Tabby platform.

  • Any remaining upcoming installments will be automatically canceled or adjusted.

  • Any payments you have already made will be refunded back to the card linked to your Tabby account by Tabby.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items: If we sent you the wrong product, or if it arrived broken or defective, Mamofa will cover 100% of the return pickup and shipping costs. You will receive a full refund or a free replacement.

  • Change of Mind Returns: If you change your mind and want to return an item that is perfectly fine, you will be responsible for a standard 20 AED return shipping fee to cover the local courier pickup. This fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

5. How to Initiate a Return

Getting in touch with us is simple. To start a return, please contact our team within 7 days of delivery:

Please include your Order Number (e.g., #1001) and a clear photo or short video of the item if it is damaged or defective. Our team will coordinate a courier to pick up the package directly from your address anywhere in the UAE.
